  • A strong network within blue chip companies and their senior managers
  • High level of interpersonal skills.
  • Confidently operate at Senior Sales Management and Board level.
  • Excellent ability to understand client needs and translate them into persuasive solutions.
  • First class presentation skills.
  • A deep understanding of why and how organisations buy consultancy services.
  • A detailed understanding of the sales issues currently facing senior decision makers in the world’s leading organisations

Business Development Associates must possess the following qualities:

  • Professional.
  • Pragmatic.
  • Politically aware.
  • Integrity.
  • Confidence and resilience.
  • Commercial focus.
  • Creative and energetic.
  • Responsible.
  • Sales experience, preferable within a major fmcg company or consultancy environment.
  • Understanding of fmcg, business 2 business (i.e., media, telecomms) environments.
  • Experience of ERP, CRM and other Sales systems advantageous.
