Project Associates

From our Project Associates we are looking for the following skills:

  • High level of interpersonal/relationship building skills.
  • Confidently operate at Senior Sales Management and Board level.
  • First class presentation skills.
  • Excellent Analysis skills – MS Excel a must/MS Access desirable.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong deadline orientation.
  • Self-motivated and focussed.

Project Associates must possess the following qualities:

  • Professional.
  • Pragmatic.
  • Politically aware.
  • Integrity.
  • Confidence and resilience.
  • Commercial focus.
  • Creative and energetic.
  • Responsible.
  • Accountable.
  • Blue chip CV.
  • Sales experience, preferable within a major fmcg company or consultancy environment.
  • Experience of handling major/key accounts.
  • 3-5 years experience.
  • Understanding of fmcg, business 2 business (i.e., media, telecomms) environments.
  • Experience of ERP, CRM and other Sales systems advantageous.
  • First or second-line Sales management experience.
  • Good degree and/or MBA ideal.
