Our Revenue Accelerator Workshop
(RAW©) is a half day event aimed at a mixed Sales and Customer
marketing audience. Using a sample of your own EPoS data we highlight
the compliance gaps, calculate the potential for improvement and
outline the action programme required.
The workshop will, from our experience,
also throw up some immediate issues which can be simply corrected,
allowing the nominal cost of the workshop to be repaid several
times over.
Although the workshop is our
opportunity to demonstrate the benefit of working with Meridian’s
services regularly, it will also provoke some strategic thinking
about ways in which customer investments are directed, often acting
as a catalyst to radical change.
